According to The Mirror, the Real Madrid striker said: “In my opinion, this is a more difficult competition than the World Cup. It’s very hard to start from the group stage. It’s a competition we haven’t won in 24 years, a very big competition.”

Ahead of the Copa America 2024, the great Argentine footballer Lionel Messi has responded to the comments of his former PSG teammate.

Messi told ESPN: “Clearly, the Euro Cup is a very important competition with the best teams, but it doesn’t have Argentina, the three-time world champion, Brazil, the five-time world champion, and Uruguay, the two-time world champion.
