Jeep’s Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition: The Farewell That’s Not Quite Final

We are all Charlie Brown, and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram parent company Stellantis is like Lucy with the football—at least when it comes to the automaker’s promises about final-year and final edition models being, well, truly final. 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition 1

When the 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition was revealed, we were convinced it wasn’t a drill this time. The V-8-powered Wrangler enjoyed a multi-year run, but also appeared to be going away (you know, as the whole “Final Edition” thing implies). Looks like Stellantis has once again flipped the script on us.

It’s just been confirmed that the Jeep Wrangler 392 Final Edition is coming back for the 2025 model year. As far as we can tell, there aren’t even any specific features like exclusive paint colors for 2025 or new standard equipment, let alone a name change to “Jeep Wrangler 392 Final Final No-We’re-Actually-Serious-This-Time-But-Maybe-Who-Knows.”
