Fans stunned after seeing what Neymar was doing during his daughter’s birthday party

Fans have been reacting on social media after seeing what Neymar was doing during his daughter’s birthday party.

Brazilian superstar Neymar left French giants Paris Saint Germain during the summer transfer window as he was one of many footballers who made the switch to the Saudi Professional League.

The 32-year-old ended up joining Al Hilal after being offered a lucrative contract by the Saudi Arabian side.

However, after just five appearances, Neymar suffered a serious knee injury whilst on international duty with Brazil and is set to be out for the remainder of the season.

Recently, footage from Neymar’s daughter’s birthday party went viral on social media after fans spotted what the Brazilian was doing on his phone.

On social media, one fan said: “This guy Neymar is absolutely finished. Bro is gambling on poker in the middle of his daughter’s birthday.”

Another tweeted: “Someone help bro.”

A third fan added: “Hold Neymar is going to be broke in 3 years after spending the hilal money on poker nights.”

Someone else wrote: “You gotta respect the hustle.”

A fifth commented: “Not a good look.”

Back in December, Brazil team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar gave an update about Neymar’s recovery.

He said to Rede 98, via The Mirror: “It’s too early. There’s no point in skipping steps to recover sooner and taking unnecessary risks.

“Our expectation is that he will be prepared to return at the start of the 2024 season in Europe, which is August.”

Lasmar continued: “We need to be patient. Talking about a return before nine months is premature, this is a global concept for knee ligament surgeries recovery. It is very important to respect the biological time, the time the body takes to reconstruct that ligament. If we follow those steps and after a long recovery, the expectation is that he can perform again at a high level.”
