Following the breakup with Erik ten Hag, Marcus Rashford will be open to offers from Manchester United.
The 26-year-old Red Devils forward held a significant role in the manager’s future.

Ten Hag is staying, and the team will try to make the most of the academy graduate who rose to prominence at United.
With his decline in form from the previous season, they may have to settle for less than the £80 million they had hoped for with their No. 10.
After Ten Hag disobeyed the manager by partying until the wee hours of the morning in Belfast, when he was supposed to train at Carrington later that day, Rashford and Ten Hag were hardly speaking by the end of it.
Ten Hag had previously issued a warning to him on his behaviour off the field after he went out to party at a nightclub in the city centre on October 29 after losing badly to Manchester City in a derby.
That was deemed “unacceptable” by the manager, who became infuriated when, only a few months later, he remained absent until the wee hours of Friday, January 26, in anticipation of that Sunday’s FA Cup match at Newport.
Later that day, he called in sick and skipped training. Ten Hag found out the whole trutҺ about what had transpired, and he was fired from the squad.
Despite the need for the manager to keep using the speedster forward, that destroyed their relationship.
When it appeared that Ten Hag would be fired, Rashford believed that everything would start over.
That was prior to the Dutchman leading the team to an unexpecteԀ FA Cup final triumph over Champions Manchester City, which caused Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a new part-owner, to reverse course.
After scoring a career-high 30 goals in 2022–2023—Rashford only managed eight goals in the previous campaign, and he was left out of the England squad for Euro 2024 as well as the automatic starting slot in the lineup.
Although he is scheduled to return to training on Monday, it appears like his future may be elsewhere unless he can have fruitful discussions with Ten Hag.
Matthijs de Ligt, a center-back for Bayern Munich, is expected to be the first player to leave for £40 million when his time playing for Holland in the Euros comes to an end. United is already lining up new players.
