CR7 is searching relentlessly for his own goal to increase his scoring record in what may be his sixth and final appearance. Ronaldo hasn’t scored a goal for himself in the last three games, despite the Portuguese squad scoring five goals.

Despite coach Martinez’s several replacements during the encounter against Georgia in the last round of the group stage, Ronaldo was kept on the pitch. Still, Ronaldo did not have a really good day. During his 66 minutes on the pitch, he took three shots but was unable to score.

With 14 goals, Ronaldo continues to hold the record for most goals scored in the EURO championships. CR7, though, is keen to improve his scoring record.
