This recreation is a 1956 Buick Station wagon that was offered at auction at Barrett-Jackson a few years ago. As is clear from the images, it has undergone comprehensive modifications to the car’s subtle aspects.

Originally a 4-door model, it was later converted to a 2-door model. The extensive modification required a meticulous two-year process and countless man-hours to complete, but I believe you will agree that the results are certainly worth the effort.

Changes include the integration of a tuned 455 Oldsmile engine seamlessly connected to a 400 turbodiesel transmission, sending the engine’s power to the road via a 9-inch Ford rear axle.

The car’s exterior features Chromealusion Blasberry Indigo paint on the upper part and Manhattan beige on the lower part, complemented by meticulously hand-painted pins. The arbitrary door handles were seamlessly removed, the hood was beautifully decorated, the original headlights were replaced with VW Beetle versions, and the taillights were taken from a Packard model.

Thanks to the installation of air suspension, the car is now able to maintain an impressive low profile while ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. Each corner is adorned with striking 22-inch spinner wheels.

In the ʋehicle’s interior, improvements include the integration of an Ididit steering column, electric windows and a Billet steering wheel. The dashboard has been enriched with the Dakota Digital Gauge collection, which finds a harmonious companion in the center console that extends the length of the vehicle. Trimmed in Manhattan Beige Leather, the interior trim features unique handcrafted details and graphics that harmonize with the exterior design.

Totally custom, totally awesome.
