Real Madrid’s first practice of the week is now over. In preparation for their next match, which is a first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals against Manchester City at Santiago Bernabéu stadium, Ancelotti’s players trained at Real Madrid City.
The team started the workout with some strength training on the field before moving on to various ball circulation and pressing drills. The participants then finished with games on a small surface, many rounds of sprinting drills, and tactical work. Courtois and Alaba kept up their recuperation efforts.
