The French Football Classic match between Marseille and PSG ended with a 2-0 victory for the away team, alongside another disappointment from Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe’s expressive reaction when being substituted
PSG’s captain started but was replaced in the 65th minute, when the home team led by 1 goal and was short of players because Beraldo received a red card.
Replacing Mbappe was Goncalo Ramos, the author of the goal that sealed the 2-0 result.
This time Mbappe did not make any statement. Instead, he showed his reaction through his expressive face.
“It’s me again?”, that was the emotion that Mbappe expressed through his face and eyes, thinking a bit as he took off his captain’s armband and walked towards the touchline.
When entering the technical area, the French player did not meet Luis Enrique even though he greeted his teammates and some staff in the coaching staff.
Mbappe did not watch the entire match with the remaining reserve players. He immediately entered the dressing room tunnel along with Ousmane Dembele, who was also substituted.
The 25-year-old star has absolutely no excuse for reacting like that. He was soaked from the pouring rain on the Velodrome.
During the post-match press conference, Luis Enrique reacted when asked about Mbappe: “Every week it’s the same tone, it’s tiring.
Mbappe did not greet Luis Enrique
I’m the coach, I make decisions every day. I will continue to do so until my last day at PSG. I always try to find the best solution for the team.”
The Spanish military leader emphasized to reporters, as well as sending a message to Mbappe: “If you don’t understand my decision, I don’t care” .
For his part, after the match ended, Mbappe reacted by making a post on the social network Instagram that caused a lot of stir.

It’s a picture from behind, with the captain’s armband in hand walking in the rain. Mbappe looks sad and the possibility of leaving PSG is even higher.
After 2 hours, Mbappe’s post received more than 1.7 million “Likes” and many interactions.
In the last 7 Ligue 1 matches, only once did Mbappe play the full 90 minutes. The remaining time is spent on the bench or being replaced before the match has ended.
