1955 Pontiac Star Chief Custom Catalina Coupe in unique turquoise color

This 1955 Pontiac Star Chief Custom Catalina coupe is finished in turquoise and white over color-coordinated upholstery and is powered a 287ci Strato Streak V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include 15″ steel wheels with polished covers, power steering, chrome bumpers, rear fender skirts, a Continental kit, air conditioning, and an aftermarket head unit. The car is said to have been refurbished under prior ownership and was acquired by the selling dealer in June 2023. This Star Chief is now offered at no reserve by the selling dealer in New York with a Pennsylvania title.

The car was assembled at General Motors’ Linden, New Jersey, plant, and was finished in two-tone Turquoise Blue and White Mist (5562). The car is said to have been repainted during refurbishment work that was carried out during previous ownership. Exterior details include an illuminated hood ornament, dual side mirrors, bright trim, vent windows, chrome rear fender skirts, a Continental kit, and a retractable antenna. Black-finished 15″ steel wheels wear bright covers and are mounted with 215/75 Cornell 1000 whitewall tires showing 2013 date codes. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by hydraulic drums on all four corners.

The cabin features front and rear bench seats trimmed in turquoise upholstery with white button-tufted inserts, along with color-coordinated door panels and carpets.
